Lindsay Lohan, Caught!
Actress Lindsay Lohan has been caught on video drinking, two months after checking out of a rehabilitation clinic for an alcohol problem. The star was seen drinking champagne from a bottle at a New Year’s Eve party in Capri, Italy.
The actress admitted to having a drink and drugs problem in August 2007 and spent time receiving treatment. She spent 84 minutes of a one-day term in jail last November after admitting to drink driving and possession of cocaine.
